Shipping policy

At WholesaleShopping.in, we offer worldwide shipping for all of our products. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

We process your orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details.

  1. Shipping Time & Packing details

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We offer standard shipping and express shipping options.

  • Standard Shipping: Standard shipping usually takes 4-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Express shipping usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
  • We delivery our product with WholesaleShopping logo over the courier bag, if you receive your order under such courier bags only then you receive otherwise you can reject to receive the order.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays.

 

  1. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link in the email or by logging in to your WholesaleShopping.in account.

  1. Customs and Import Taxes

Some countries may charge customs or import taxes on international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information about these charges.

  1. Delivery Issues

If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at customercare@wholesaleshopping.in or customercare.wholesaleshopping@gmail.com.  We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund & Exchange policy

At WholesaleShopping.in, we value your satisfaction and believe in honesty and transparency. We gladly accept returns because it gives us an opportunity to improve our products and services based on your feedback. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we strive to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. We want to avoid any hint of dissatisfaction among our customers, so we encourage you to request a refund or exchange if needed.

Your feedback helps us understand your needs better and enables us to provide you with the best products and services possible.

We will accept the return/exchange within 7 days from date of product delivery after that return/exchange will not be processed

Returning a WholesaleShopping product is as simple as placing an order. You can initiate a return you can email us at customercare@wholesaleshopping.in or customercare.wholesaleshopping@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at 7058442101 to communicate your concerns.

We will schedule a convenient time for our shipping partner to pick up the original WholesaleShopping product from customer.

To maintain strict hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for certain product categories, including but not limited to boxers and perfumes. These items are non-returnable due to hygiene and personal care reasons. However, we will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product purchased from our store, please send an email to Support@WholesaleShopping.in from the email address used for placing the order.

Refund Policy 

Once we receive the return shipment, we will initiate a refund after deduction of cost of return shipment within 24-72 hours.

  1. If you made an online payment, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 7 to 10 days.
  2. If you chose the cash on delivery option, please provide us with your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code. We will refund the amount via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days.
  3. Refunds are possible only after the parcel is dispatched, delivered, and the reverse pick-up is completed.
  4. Once we received our product in original condition in which we had delivered and customer need to share the unboxing video and pics of the package received with WF packaging and sticker if package belongs to us will surely initiate the refund. if anything missed will not accept the return or refund.

These items are non-returnable due to hygiene and personal care reasons. However, we will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product purchased from our store, please send an email to Support@rashyam.com from the email address used for placing the order.

Return Policy

  1. We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
  2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. Your will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse picks up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  3. We delivery our product with Wholesale Shopping logo over the courier bag, if you receive your order under such courier bags only then you receive otherwise you can reject to receive the order.

  1. You can send unboxing video prior to open the product.
    1. Courier bag should not tear from any side before unboxing the video
    2. At least take 4 images of product bag from Front, Back, Left side, Right side
    3. At least take 4 images of product which you receive from Front, Back, Left side, Right side
  2. Once you take imges & unboxing video send to us  or contact us on Mob. Our investigating team will cross verify with courier agency against the proof you provided, once it will be verified, your Return will be initiated. (It takes around 15 days).

Exchange

Once the return shipment is picked up from customer premises, we will dispatch the exchange shipment from our warehouse.

Please note that refund/exchange is possible only once per order. If you received any wrong product or wrong size against the product what you have ordered will definitely exchange the product once we received our product in original condition.

Refund/exchange can be done only if product is un-used.
